The family started with just one used van and a trailer, which they made themselves. Their marketing strategy consisted of calling on customers to ask them if they wanted the service.

They quickly realised that selling specialised services to residential and business customers was the way to make money.
It was not very long after starting the initial business, that the founders decided that the national market for these type of services was enormous and so they decided to expand the concept nationally through using the franchising concept.
This way they would be giving others the opportunity to achieve their own dreams of starting their own business.
As the years passed, the founders devised and developed other specialised services that could be offered to the same customers as the original service.
As a result the OK Franchise Group was formed and are now offering their franchise enterprises internationally.
As each new franchisee joins the family network, they bring new ideas and vision, which keeps the original dream of the founders alive today.
